The AIRWORD modular cover, available as standard with 2500mm long modules, is made up of a series of 80x120mm steel tube supports with a 300x300x10mm base plate and¨25mm steel tube tie bars. Suitably proportioned anchors are used for ground fixing. The cover, with a gentle incline, is designed with precoated notched sheets and supported by a series of 40x40mm tubular steel beams and a 60x84mm front shaped profile. The upper part of the rear shiny panels is closed off with 8mm thick honeycomb polycarbonate sheet, suppor ted by 20x20x20mm steel profiles, finished off with gaskets. The shelter also has a front sign-holder in galvanised and coated steel. All the metal components are galvanised and polyester powder coated. The length of each module is 2500 mm (the shelter can therefore have multiple lengths of 5000, 7500, 10000mm, etc), the depth is 2730 mm, maximum height is 2420 mm, minimum use is 2200 mm.
