The AMSTERDAM bike rack is constructed from a vertical element in steel tubular ų 102 x 2,5 mm welded to a 30° inclination to the 200x148x8 mm thick base plate, provided for ground fixing with steel screws. Alternatively it is possible to supply a suitable tubular steel insert, to be concreted directly into the ground, provided with a "counter-plate" to match the base plate of the bike rack. On the right and left side of the vertical element, in different heights, are the wheel racks which are made from a deformed “U” shaped steel profile width 65 mm fixed to the vertical element through connecting steel tubes Ų 40x2 mm. Every wheel rack is reinforced by shaped elements which are adjustable for different tyres dimensions. The structure is hot galvanized and polyester powder coated according to the METALCO standard cycle treatments. To secure the bicycle against theft is possible to fix the bike’s frame to a shaped element in full stainless steel rod Ų 14 mm, which is strong anchored to the structure with stainless steel fixings. Total height 810 mm, weight 17 kgs.
